Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell insurance policies
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products (life, health, etc.)
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in telesales preferred (insurance sales experience is a big plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Any Regional language is a bonus!)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
