Job Description

Telesales is an office-based job. Salary fix plus incentives. For freshers, all training is given. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Major roll is as a Tele sales initiate telephonic contact with existing & prospective customers & encourage to visit and Purchase. 2. Providing information to Customers. 3. Addressing clients’ grievances & suggestions on time. · 4. Noting important details of each conversation. 5. Recording all successful & unsuccessful attempts to close sales. 6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. 7. Keep excellent follow up with visiting customers 8. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance- Related expectations 9. Work with Sales Team and client appointment and achieve target. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Telephonic etiquettes & manners. 2. Good Verbal Communication 3. Ability to listen 4. Presentable 5. Requires Patient phone skills
