Job Description

Job responsibilities for a Telesales Representative

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
Follow prepared sales scripts and adapt based on customer responses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Answer questions about products, pricing, and services.
Record customer information and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
Stay informed about product features and promotional offers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
