Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in sales, customer engagement, and lead conversion. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) to communicate effectively with potential customers. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to close deals, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services and generate sales.
  • Follow up with leads from Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to convert them into customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to drive sales.
  • Maintain a database of leads and sales records for follow-ups and reporting.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize ad targeting and lead quality.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Stay updated with Meta Ads trends to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and how they generate leads.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining sales records.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or social media advertising is a plus.
