Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Contacting prospective clients, delivering persuasive sales pitches, and negotiating deals.  Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to retain and grow business.  Understanding the company's products or services to effectively answer customer questions and address their needs.  Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales strategies.  Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and persuade them to make a purchase, and negotiating deals to close sales.  Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.  Entering and updating customer information in the CRM system.
