This role blends marketing, customer interaction, and sales closure, offering a great learning opportunity in a fast-growing startup environment. CTC: 12000 - 18000 /month + Incentives ( Rs 5000-Rs 10000) (For every customer closure + repeat order) Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls (cold calls and follow-ups). Understand customer needs and provide suitable packaging solutions. Maintain a portfolio of customers with detailed follow-up records. Coordinate with the design team when customers request custom packaging designs. Follow up with customers on quotations, sample approvals, and order closures. Ensure end-to-end handling of the customers order from inquiry to dispatch. Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. What Youll Learn: Sales strategy and customer relationship management Packaging design coordination and production flow Marketing techniques in B2B product sales Practical experience in a growing startup environment Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow within the company Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi is a plus) Educational qualification: Any degree (freshers welcome) Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Prior experience in telesales, marketing, or customer service Interest in the packaging or B2B product space Why Join Us?
