Telecalling JobResponsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems regularly.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to generate and qualify leads.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Graduation preferred).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in [languages required – e.g., English, Hindi].
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Persuasive and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Good listening skills and patience.
Flexible to work in shifts (if required).
