Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated male fresher candidates for the position of Travel Consultant – Telesales. This role involves promoting travel packages, handling inbound and outbound sales calls, and providing travel-related assistance to potential customers. Training will be provided to the selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote domestic and international travel packages.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Provide complete and accurate information regarding services, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Convert inquiries into sales by offering value-added travel solutions.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on travel trends, offers, visa requirements, and airline policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet browsing).
• Persuasive communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence to interact with customers over the phone.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry.
• Passion for travel and helping people plan their trips.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
