The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by connecting with potential customers over calls and promoting our digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies.
• Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends for effective communication.

Requirements

• Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with online tools/CRM.
• Work From Home Requirements: Laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and a quiet work environment.
• Minimum education qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
