Telesales Executive (Kochi, Kerala)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial eligibility assessments via phone calls for clients interested in immigrating to Australia or Canada.
• Gather essential client details such as educational background, work experience, and language proficiency to determine their eligibility.
• Provide clients with accurate information on immigration options and visa pathways based on their profile.
• Explain the basic eligibility criteria and guide clients on the next steps in their immigration process.
• Accurately document and record client information in the company’s database.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in a telecalling or customer service role, preferably in immigration or a related field is must.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages would be an asset).
