Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell loan products (personal, business, or other loan types). Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan options. Maintain follow-ups with leads to ensure conversion. Explain product details, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly to customers. Meet daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in the CRM system. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in tele sales (preferably in banking, finance, or loan sales). Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi.
