Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented TeleSales Executives to promote and sell financial products, including Credit Cards, Loans and Insurance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
- Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans and insurance products.
- Explain credit card features, benefits, eligibility criteria and application procedures.
- Identify potential customers from business establishments, educational institutions, corporate offices and government sectors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in TeleSales / Inside Sales / Financial Product Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in any of the following languages:
- Tamil
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Basic knowledge of credit cards, loans or insurance products will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries and achieve sales targets.
