Job Role: Tele Sales Executive
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
Languages Required: Kannada & English
Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Incentives

Freshers Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Performance Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Bharat Matrimony services and membership plans.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable membership packages.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain customer information and daily calling reports.
Achieve monthly sales targets.

Working Details

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Week Off: Sunday

Skills Required

Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in sales and customer interaction.
