Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Executive located in Rajarhat, Kolkata, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include communicating with potential clients, following up on leads, offering appropriate services, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
