We’re seeking a results‑driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, achieve sales targets, and build strong phone relationships with prospects in [industry/sector].
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided databases and scripts.
- Identify customer needs, present product/service benefits, and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate call logs, update CRM with status, and follow up on leads systematically.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and report performance metrics.
- Handle objections professionally, provide solutions, and upsell/cross‑sell where appropriate.
