Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or online inquiries. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams for lead nurturing and conversion. Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales orientation with a goal-driven mindset. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
