Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service details.
• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain call logs, lead status, and daily activity reports.
• Achieve daily call duration targets and monthly sales targets.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and build good customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Fresher / Experience can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and quick learner.

Performance Expectations:

• Daily Target: 120 Minutes Call Duration + 1 Demo Call.
• Monthly Target: 4 Sales.
