Role Overview
We’re looking for a motivated, results‑driven tele‑sales professional to join our insurance team. You’ll connect with prospective customers over the phone, introduce our products, qualify leads, and close sales—all while building long‑term relationships and meeting (or exceeding) monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Call a daily list of prospects, present our insurance solutions, and explain benefits clearly.
- Identify customer needs, tailor recommendations, and handle objections with confidence.
- Complete accurate sales calls, update the CRM, and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Attend training sessions, product updates, and performance reviews.
Candidates must be:
- Prior experience in telesales, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector (2 + years is a plus).
- Strong communication skills and a pleasant, persuasive phone presence.
- Ability to work independently, manage a high volume of calls, and stay motivated under target‑driven environments.
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (life, health, Vehicle, etc.) is advantageous but not mandatory—training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary + attractive incentive
