Telesales Executive (Female)

As a Telesales Executive at the Financial Services Company, your role will involve reaching out to potential clients over the phone to promote and sell financial products. Your primary target will be to acquire 10 new accounts each month. In addition to a fixed salary, you will have the opportunity to earn incentives based on your sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch financial products - Building and maintaining a pipeline of leads to achieve monthly sales targets - Providing accurate information about the products and services offered - Following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote customer retention Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree is a must - Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling financial products - Excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude Please note that the work location for this role is in person, which means you will be required to work from the office rather than remotely.
