Job Description

Female Candidate:- We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
Provide information about our products/services and respond to customer inquiries
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
