Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into clients, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role is office-based and focuses on building strong customer relationships and closing sales over the phone or digital channels. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote the company’s products or services. * Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into qualified leads. * Achieve individual and team-based sales targets on a monthly basis. * Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively explain features and benefits to clients. * Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, referrals, or digital campaigns. * Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until closure. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the manager. * Maintain accurate records in CRM software and ensure timely follow-up. * Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client queries or concerns. * Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies.
