Position Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers. Assist with product/service-related questions or concerns. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Provide accurate information and resolve issues within time limits. Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and conflict-resolution ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred). Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
