Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. If you have a passion for connecting with people over the phone, closing deals, and driving results, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable solutions. This is a performance-driven position with exciting growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to generate qualified leads Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services Maintain a strong follow-up strategy to convert leads into sales Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets Keep accurate records of calls, client conversations, and sales progress Requirements: 6 months to 2 year of telesales, telecalling, or inside sales experience preferred Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented approach Comfortable working with targets and call metrics Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Incentives
