Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales. Maintain records of calls, customer information, and feedback in the CRM system. Meet daily/ weekly/ monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer objections professionally and provide solutions. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure repeat business. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English/ Hindi/ Regional language. Good listening and persuasive abilities. Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
