Briphoenix India Pvt Ltd is hiring energetic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role offers strong earning potential through commissions and a clear pathway to a permanent, full-time position.

Compensation & StructureFirst Month – Commission Based

• The first month will be 100% commission based.
• Weekly payouts: All commissions earned will be paid every weekend.
• No fixed salary during the first month.

Second Month – Performance Review

• Top-performing candidates from the first month will be selected for full-time employment with:
• Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
• Company benefits
• Others may continue on a commission basis if they prefer.

Career Growth & Promotions

• Sr. Tele Sales Executive:
• Employees who
• continuously achieve targets for 5 months
• will be promoted to
• Senior Tele Sales Executive
• .
• Team Leader:

Employees who continuously achieve targets for 10 months will be promoted to Team Leader.This provides a strong long-term growth path for ambitious and consistent performers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Present and explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Follow up with leads and close sales.
• Maintain motivation, professionalism, and target focus.
• Provide suggestions to improve sales processes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam + English (mandatory); Tamil is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good convincing ability and resilience to handle rejection.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
