Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle and respond to customer inquiries
Provide pricing and availability details to customers.
Customer Communication & Order Management
Call and follow up with customers regarding inquiries and orders.
Share product details, pricing, and offers.
Answer customer questions and recommend suitable products.
Process and track orders, coordinating with the internal team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in [industry or relevant sector]
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
