Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and persuasive telesales executive to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in banking, finance, or credit card sales is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain credit card features, benefits, and offers clearly and persuasively Identify customer needs and match them with suitable card products Follow up with interested leads and convert them into successful applications Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of conversations and leads Provide excellent post-sale customer support when needed Adhere to compliance guidelines and company protocols Requirements: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred Good communication skills in English and Hindi (or local language) Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems) Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experience in telesales, BPO, or financial services is an advantage Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Training and onboarding support Growth opportunities within the organization Friendly and professional work environment
