Role Overview: You will be working as a Tele Sales Executive at Asego, based in Noida, Sector - 3. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to potential customers to promote insurance products, generate leads, and support the sales team. Your role will report to the Sales Manager/ Area Manager at Grade M6-A. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to promote insurance products and services to prospective customers. - Conduct cold calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. - Address client inquiries, explain insurance products and coverage options, and provide excellent customer service. - Gather accurate customer information including contact details and insurance requirements. - Prepare and send customized quotes with different selling plans to meet client needs. - Manage policy issuance, amendments, cancellations, and other online operational tasks efficiently. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing activities with business objectives. - Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales activities using the CRM system. - Update various reports in MS Office (Excel), including Sales MIS and related data. - Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients. Qualifications Required: - Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service. - Strong product knowledge and good communication skills. - Proficiency in innovative sales techniques and negotiation skills.
