Job Title: Telesales Executive (US Market) – Immediate Joiners Only Location: Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift IST) Salary: Competitive + Performance-Based Incentives About the Role: We are hiring dynamic and goal-driven Telesales Executives for one of our esteemed clients targeting the US market . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, persuasive selling abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving targets. This role requires serious candidates who can join immediately and are comfortable working in US time zones . Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the US market. Promote and sell products/services effectively over the phone. Build rapport with prospects and handle objections professionally. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline efficiently. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of telesales or outbound calling experience (preferably in the US market). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
