Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Tele Sales Advisors to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate services over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain company services clearly and effectively. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly. Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Handle objections and close sales professionally. Work as part of a team to meet collective goals. Requirements: Good communication skills in English (mandatory). Confidence and convincing skills. Basic computer knowledge. Target-oriented and willing to work under pressure. Positive attitude and team player. Freshers can apply. Training will be provided.
