Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telephonic Sales Representative to connect with potential clients, explain Google Ads solutions, and drive conversions. This is a voice-based sales role focused on handling calls, building trust, and closing deals or setting up appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries from interested prospects.
• Present the benefits of Google Ads clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Understand business needs and pitch relevant ad packages.
• Maintain accurate lead and call data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Achieve call targets, meeting bookings, and closures on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telephonic sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
• Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to explain digital marketing benefits to non-technical clients.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
