Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate Bengali content (text, images, videos) to ensure compliance with company policies. Identify and remove offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content. Maintain quality and accuracy while reviewing high-volume content. Provide feedback to improve automated moderation systems. Stay updated on cultural trends and community guidelines. Handle sensitive content with maturity and professionalism. Eligibility Criteria: Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply. Graduates & undergraduates are eligible. Proficiency in Bengali (reading, writing, and speaking) and basic English. Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
