The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries efficiently. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication. Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
