The role involves reaching out to prospective students and parents, explaining our course offerings, and assisting with inquiries and admissions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries. Explain our course offerings and services clearly and effectively. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Schedule and coordinate appointments for counseling or walk-ins. Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals. Provide excellent customer service and support. Requirements: Strong communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (preferred). Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry). Previous experience in telecalling/telemarketing is an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
