We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and eager to engage potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and schedule appointments or close deals. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Present company offerings clearly and persuasively. Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic inquiries. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated. Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills. Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
