Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Telemarketing Executives who can efficiently handle outbound calls, engage with prospects, and generate admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain course/service offerings.
• Qualify prospects and pass strong leads to the counseling team.
• Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into admissions or appointments.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up details.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/conversion targets.
• Maintain professionalism and create a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the counseling and sales teams for seamless conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound calling is must.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain customer interest.
• Target-driven, confident, and persuasive.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners only.

Salary:

₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives
