Job Overview

Tele-Caller (Assamese)

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to
doctors, chemists, distributors
, and potential clients to promote pharmaceutical products.
Explain product details, benefits, and usage clearly in
Assamese and English
.
Maintain and regularly update the
customer database
with accurate and current information.
Conduct
follow-ups
on leads, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversions.
Achieve assigned
daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
.
Handle customer queries efficiently and
escalate issues
when necessary.
Coordinate with the
sales and marketing team
to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years
of telecalling or telesales experience (pharma industry experience preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in
Assamese, Hindi, and English
.
Basic understanding of
pharmaceutical products
and customer interaction.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and familiarity with
CRM/data entry tools
.
Self-driven, target-oriented
, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
