Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - Telemarketing cum Guest Relationship – Real Estate

Role Overview:

The concern AM will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving customer engagement through outbound calls, follow-ups, and effective communication. This role acts as the first point of contact for potential buyers, ensuring accurate information sharing, appointment booking, and support to the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation &/or Prospecting
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from databases, online generated leads, and referrals. Achieve related targeted calls.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and timeline as defined in CRM software.
  • Maintain daily/weekly call logs and reporting.
  • Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
  • Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and offers clearly and persuasively.
  • Handle queries and objections with professionalism.
  • Build trust and rapport enough to convert “ site visits” .
  • Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
  • Fix site visit appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Ensure proper follow-up until the customer visits the site/project.
  • Database Management & Reporting
  • Update CRM/lead management system regularly.
  • Share daily MIS reports with the sales manager.
  • Track conversion of calls → visits → bookings.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication (English ( must) and Hindi/Kannada or regional language).
  • Persuasive, confident, and customer-friendly approach.
  • Good knowledge of real estate terminologies and sales cycles.
  • Ability to handle pressure and achieve daily/weekly targets.
  • Good MS Office & CRM software handling skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate (any discipline preferred).
  • Experience: 2–4 years in telecalling/telemarketing (real estate only).
  • Cdts. from Real Estate firms preferred but cdts. From Channel partner firms can also apply.
  • Female Candidates Only

Incentives: As per site visit fixed and bookings converted – company policy.

Preferable : Cdts residing with in 10 km radius of Thanisandra.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
