Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads and maintain a call log/report for follow-up.
  • Answer customer queries and handle objections politely and professionally.
  • Maintain and update customer database regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to pass on quality leads.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism during calls.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws during communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
