Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (Female)Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate leads, schedule follow-ups, and close sales when required
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Handle customer queries and objections effectively
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
• Coordinate with the sales and support team for follow-ups

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any graduate
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, or calling software is a plus)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred (freshers can apply)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
