The Cybersecurity Trainer at Heptegon Learning & Development is responsible for equipping learners with the essential skills, tools, and defensive strategies required to operate securely in today’s digital-first world. This role delivers high-impact training programs designed to create cyber-aware professionals capable of identifying, preventing, and responding to modern cyber threats.

The trainer develops and conducts sessions on topics such as ethical hacking, network security, threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, cloud security, and secure coding practices. Using real-world case studies, hands-on labs, simulations, and industry-standard tools, the trainer ensures participants gain practical, job-ready cybersecurity capabilities.

This role collaborates with academic institutions, corporate teams, and professionals to assess learning needs, design structured curricula, and ensure each program aligns with current cybersecurity frameworks and global best practices. The trainer also stays updated with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to deliver the most relevant and advanced training experience.
