Telemarketer- Female

Female candidates from in and around Calicut city who have completed their Diploma/ Bachelors from good colleges are preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English and a flair for marketing would also be considered.

A minimum experience of 1-2 years in telemarketing or similar sales/customer service role will be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

· Provide telephonic counselling to students invite them to walk in to the office or attend a Google meet for counselling.

· Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

· Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective students

· Actively tracking and following up on potential leads.

· Attend training sessions to enhance counselling skills and stay informed about changing study abroad landscapes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
