Telemarketer

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team for promoting an innovative mobile application. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential users, creating awareness about the app, and encouraging sign-ups. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided to promote the mobile app.
• Clearly explain the features and benefits of the app to potential users.
• Convince users to download, sign up, or take the desired action on the app.
• Maintain call logs, update customer information, and record feedback.
• Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
• Handle objections and follow up on interested leads.
• Report performance metrics and suggest improvements to calling scripts if needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.
• Confident and polite telephone manner with strong persuasive skills.
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and smartphone usage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/BPO/sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM or call logging software is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
