Telecom Services Specialist

You will be responsible for providing Telecom Services Specialist support as a Telecom Administrator at NTT DATA in Pune, Maharashtra, India. Your role will involve managing inventory, interfacing with vendors/ISPs for invoicing clarifications, and maintaining documentation within the Telecommunications area. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining existing inventory, interfacing with Vendors/ISPs, and supporting mobile devices like Smartphones, Data Cards, Router Cisco1100, Aruba Switches 3810/6300. Configuration tasks are not needed, only hardware handling. You will also assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication devices for local and remote locations. To excel in this role, you must possess good organizational and communication skills, along with experience in Mobile carrier operations, inventory management, invoicing, and Telcom device support. Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) is mandatory, and familiarity with F&A processes is desired. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in MS Office. Teamwork is essential in this position, and Avaya knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory. The expected work timings for this role are from 09:00 IST to 18:00 IST.
