Telecom & Satellite Mobile Application Developer - Android and iOS

You are seeking a highly skilled Telecom & Satellite Mobile Application Developer to maintain, enhance, and optimize Android and iOS mobile applications. Your role will focus on building innovative features leveraging public APIs for live telecom network information and satellite data, allowing users to access accurate real-time insights on connectivity, coverage, and geospatial conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and improve existing mobile apps on Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) platforms. - Design, develop, and implement new features utilizing telecom and satellite APIs. - Integrate and manage live telecom network data, including signal strength, coverage, tower-based data, bandwidth, and connectivity metrics. - Integrate and manage satellite data, including GNSS/GPS signals, orbital data, positioning systems, weather, imagery, or geospatial datasets. - Develop efficient methods for real-time data ingestion, caching, and visualization within the app. - Ensure app reliability, scalability, and compatibility across various devices. - Collaborate with backend developers, data engineers, and UI/UX teams for seamless user experiences. - Handle App Store and Google Play Store submissions, updates, and compliance. - Ensure data integrity, user privacy, and compliance with regulatory standards. - Stay updated on emerging trends in telecommunications, satellite systems, and mobile technologies. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field. - 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development (Android & iOS). - Proven track record of integrating public APIs for real-time data. - Strong knowledge of telecom network APIs and satellite data APIs. - Proficiency in data visualization, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, JSON/XML data formats, and WebSockets. - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile release cycles. - Ability to debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
