Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Telecalling position at Rama Overseas. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about our visa and immigration services, handling client inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The Telecaller will also follow up on leads, assist clients with documentation, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related field
Ability to handle client inquiries and provide accurate information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with visa and immigration processes is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
