Position: Tele caller - Male candidate preferred.
Experience: Freshers - 5 months experience.

Ascent24 Technologies is looking for a proactive and confident person to join our team as a Telecaller. Your job is simple – make outbound calls, talk to customers, and share about our services. Candidates with excellent communication skills in English and Tamil are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to domestic and international clients.
• Present and promote products/services to the customers.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer records
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Requirements :

• Male candidates preferred.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 5 months experience can apply.
• Strong verbal communication in English and Tamil.
• A Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• International Tele-calling experience will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
