Telecalling

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inbound inquiries, and generating leads . The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain company products/services.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a daily call log and update customer information accurately.
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients regularly.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales or appointments.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle complaints and provide timely resolutions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in e.g., Hindi, English language
• Good listening skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in telecalling, or customer support is a plus.
• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
