Job Description: As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential customers. Your role will involve effectively explaining products/services, addressing customer queries, and generating interest in the offerings. It is crucial that you maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, following up with potential leads to ensure sales conversion and achieving or exceeding targets are key aspects of your responsibilities.
