Telecaller Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services. Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a positive attitude and handle rejections professionally. Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred). Good verbal communication skills in [languages, e.g., Hindi & English]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM usage). Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
